Project F.I.N. Opens New
Residential Treatment Program

Project F.I.N. is Happy to announce the opening of our Clean & Sober Women’s Home located @ 1221 Newhall Street, in the Bayview District.  The Rose Home has 18 beds and a recreation room for visiting family members. We would like to thank everyone who came to support, and those who sent their blessings.

The Rose Home is dedicated to Gwen Strain’s Mother Rosie Lee Baxter-Jackson who’s Estate provided the funds to start Project F.I.N. Mrs. Baxter–Jackson passed away in 2004. Thank God for her! (LOVE YOU MOM!).

As of this date 20% of our families have been adopted, and one of our adopted families received a car.
